Beast Wars Neo: Long Rack
I did get a few screencaps of Long Rack from BigBot.com's site.

But basically, I just drew the toy. It didn't take me long to settle on a pose for him. Basically, I wanted a lunging pose using his claw. The feet took a little work but I think they came out fine.

If you have a Long Rack toy, you'll notice that I've kept the spots pretty well intact! The left arm shield is toned down quite a bit. The knife is barely there but you can see a handle where the peg to hold it would be. The head is the same with the hair flying out a bit. I really like his look. I may do a close up of Long Rack just cuz I like his crown design and the way his hair flows from the sides. The major license I took with Long Rack was around the ankles where there's a big gap for his giraffe ankles. I filled it in with a three section block that could house missiles or be vents. Calves aren't buffed up per se, it's more of a perspective issue.

Toy Plug: Long Rack is a great toy that suffers from some arm-shield kibble that gets in the way. I don't find the hip shields too intrusive. The powerful spring for the "long-arm" can knock quite a few robots down. I can imagine modifying this picture of him pummeling a Predacon through a concrete wall. OUCH! >-}

I find that I fire those leg missiles off everytime I transform him. And those springs are good so I go a hunting all over my room. Time for him to sit on the shelf again. He's very cute in giraffe form.
